The symposium accepts papers in following three tracks:
-
Theoretical Computer Science. This track focuses on the core areas forming the heart of computer science. Work in this field is often distinguished by its emphasis on mathematical technique and rigor, but quite often with significant impact on practical applications and systems. The list of topics includes (but is not limited to): algorithms, data structures, computational complexity theory, distributed computation, parallel computation, VLSI, machine learning, computational biology, computational geometry, information theory, cryptography, quantum computation, computational number theory and algebra, program semantics and verification, automata theory, and the study of randomness.
Track co-chair: Loukas Georgiadis (University of Ioannina, Greece)
-
Applied Topics in Computer Engineering. This track focuses on subjecs around developing software and hardware applications. The track accepts papers including but not limited to areas like communications and networks, mobile computing, distributed systems, parallel processing, compilers and operating systems, software development, artificial intelligence, computer vision, robotics, embedded systems, integrated circuits, signal, image and speech processing.
Track co-chair: Oğuz Altun (Epoka University, Albania)
-
Computational Mathematics. This track focuses on mathematical research where computing plays an essential role. The track accepts papers including but not limited to areas like numerical methods, symbolic methods, stochastic methods, computer assisted logic, computational algebraic theory, group theory, geometry, number theory, statistics, algorithmic game theory.
Track co-chair: Arban Uka (Epoka University, Albania)
