Participants who wish to present a poster describing their work (including significant work-in-progress, state-of-the-art surveys, and thesis presentations) should submit an abstract no longer than four A4 page in 11 point font or larger, including all references and figures.
At least one author of each accepted poster is required to register for and attend the conference.
All submissions will undergo a common review process, including those related to already accepted full papers. Decisions about acceptance will be based on relevance to the fields of interest of the conference, originality, potential significance, topicality and clarity.
All submissions have to be made electronically through EasyChair at https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iscim2013 .
The abstracts of accepted posters and demonstrations will be given to all conference attendees and published on the conference web site.
Authors, whose work has been accepted, should prepare a poster using the conference template (download here). The poster size 100x70 cm. The poster will be visible at a planed area during all the duration of the symposium.
On a dedicated session, attendees will have the chance to talk to the authors (or at least one representative) and get more information about the scientific work.
